Haywood Regional Medical Center’s department of radiology employs highly trained technologists in the various modalities within radiology. All are certified licensed technologists with many years of experience. Did you know that a registered technologist specializes in their field and must complete a two-year intensive program and successfully pass a written registry examination. Due to strict standards, hospitals often employ the most talented and skilled professionals in their field.
